What is Veterans Helping Veterans TV?

The mission of Veterans Helping Veterans TV is to inform, educate and motivate veterans to learn about and apply for potential entitlements. We present individuals and groups that work on behalf of veterans.  We encourage people to volunteer and make a positive impact in the lives of veterans. VHVtv is produced at the Mid Peninsula Media Center in Palo Alto, CA and is a Public, Education and Government access series..  We produce 10 episodes a year. Half are done on location and the other half done in the MC studio.

There are many problems facing our veterans and we present guests and groups that provide genuine solutions.  Here is an example.  Recently, we went on location in Riverside and filmed a special 3 part series, "U.S. VETS Interviews."  These are formerly homeless veterans reaching out to homeless vets telling how they were able to overcome barriers and live successful lives.  U.S. VETS staff explain all the services that are provided for all veterans and the eligibility requirements.

You may see more episodes  of Veterans Helping Veterans TV through our web portal.  www.vhvtv.org
