"Afghan Scouts and Keith Blackey."

Did an interview in May at the Media Center studio in Palo Alto, with Keith Blackey.  He is a Vietnam Veteran and a Boy Scout Leader from San Mateo county, CA.  Keith is currently on his second 6 month tour in Afghanistan, as a PARSA Scout Leader,

and helping to reintroduce the Boy Scout program to the entire nation of Afghanistan.  A great example of giving peace a chance in a war torn country.  Keith gives a history of the Scouting program in Iraq and Afghanistan.
